We Can Do Anything

Since 1961, Asphalt of Duluth has provided paving services in Duluth, Minnesota, and surrounding areas. For the last 11 years, Ben Pearson has worked with Asphalt of Duluth to lay parking lots, driveways, and small roadways for his customers. Today, he says that Asphalt of Duluth only has one piece of equipment left from when he started.

In 1994, he bought his first LeeBoy—an 8000 Conveyer Paver. He’s had such good service from it that he bought an “8500 year 2000” paver “just two weeks ago” from Joe Patsey at Northern Indiana Asphalt Equipment Sales. Pearson says that service is excellent. He runs everything through Patsey and gets what he needs in a timely fashion. Patsey is a sales representative who really hustles for his customers. Pearson says he will definitely buy a LeeBoy again.

Pearson is very excited about his new paver. He explains, “Now with this new paver, I could do it all.” When asked if he plans to do it all, he says he’s not going to try. He’s happy with the niche he has found in the paving business.
