About the Role:
Sprays surface of machines and/or parts, manufactured products, or working area with protective or decorative material such as urethane and/ polyurethane paints.
The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:45 am. Fridays will be based on production needs. Occasional Saturdays are possible, depending on production needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have basic automotive painter knowledge.
- Basic spray gun operation, basic paint equipment knowledge and repairs, basic spraying techniques.
- Spray equipment (2KS paint mixing systems, spray guns, pumps, pressure pots, spray gun cleaning station, paint kitchen area, booths ad ovens).
- Applying paint, mixing paint ratios
- Taping or masking areas
- Set up load/unload paint booths and ovens.
- Touch up equipment, panel painting or blending the area.
- Basic non-hazardous and hazardous waste training and disposal
- Must be willing to prep machines and/or parts to be painted.
- Knowledge of basic operation of the solvent recycler
- Use a 3-wheel hydraulic cart to move the machines around the paint area.
- Must be able to climb ladders (up to 12 feet), stoop, bend, reaching, pulling, walking, kneeling, standing, crouching, and crawling.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to mix all paint colors by ratio.
- Must be able to use dry film thickness gauge after the paint has cured.

- One to two years painting experience (automotive preferred)

The Rapid Response Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to dealers and customers across our network. Based in our Lincolnton manufacturing facility, this hands-on position focuses on troubleshooting, equipment support, training, and field service to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to respond quickly in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical resource for dealers, providing expert troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues in a timely manner
- Track, escalate, and follow up on unresolved technical concerns to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
- Document and report field issues related to quality, reliability, durability, and safety using established systems and processes
- Install, commission, and support new or modified equipment at customer locations to ensure proper operation and performance

The Parts Controller will oversee inventory management and distribution of parts needed for production processes. You will work closely with production lines in out welding and final assembly departments. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and preventing production delays due to parts shortages.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spot checking parts inventory levels (bins/floor)
- Verifying parts inventory counts in bins - if count does not match inventory records, you must recount - if count totals remain "off" or inconsistent, report any and all discrepancies
