What YOU will do:
The Product Manager is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to the Sr. Product Manager. This role is responsible for helping the company increase sales volume, profitability, improve product performance, reliability, serviceability, manufacturability, ease of operation, quality, and aesthetics throughout the product’s lifecycle.
In This Role, You Will:
- Drive product development to design new products, modify existing designs, and improve production techniques through competitive comparisons/analysis.

The Environment, Safety, and Health Manager is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to the COO. and is responsible for ensuring the company operates in the safest, healthiest, and environmentally responsible manner possible.

· Develops and implements policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.

The Cost Accountant I is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to the Controller. This role is responsible to compute, classify, record and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records used to accurately cost inventory and labor.
