Position Summary: 

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing operations within an assigned production department.  This role ensures efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards while driving continuous improvement and supporting team development.  This position provides hand-on leadership either directly or through front-line supervisors.

About the Role: 

The Fabricator/MIG Flux Core Welder II is a full-time position based at our Lincolnton, NC manufacturing facility.  This role is responsible for fabricating and welding frames, subassemblies, and components for machines such as asphalt pavers, brooms, graders, loaders, road wideners, tack tanks, and Distributor trucks.

In this Role, You Will: 

• Need a minimum of 5 years on-the-job fabricating/welding experience
• Five (5) plus years of experience using Flux Core
• Positions parts in jigs, fixtures on a bench/floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks
• Scarfs or grooves weld prior to applying filler metal
• Applies flux to workpiece instead of filler rod
• Lays out, positions, and tack welds workpiece

About the Role: 

Sprays surface of machines and/or parts, manufactured products, or working area with protective or decorative material such as urethane and/ polyurethane paints.

The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:45 pm.  Fridays will be based on production needs.  Occasional Saturdays are possible, depending on production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Must have basic automotive painter knowledge.
• Basic spray gun operation, basic paint equipment knowledge and repairs, basic spraying techniques.
• Spray equipment (2KS paint mixing systems, spray guns, pumps, pressure pots, spray gun cleaning station, paint kitchen area, booths ad ovens).
• Applying paint, mixing paint ratios
• Taping or masking areas
• Set up load/unload paint booths and ovens.
• Touch up equipment, panel painting or blending the area.

• Must be willing to prep machines and/or parts to be painted.
• Knowledge of basic operation of the solvent recycler

• Use a 3-wheel hydraulic cart to move machines around the paint area.
• Must practice good safety and be willing to wear all required PPE (protective personal equipment)
• Must be able to learn to operate LEEBOY equipment
• Must learn colors assigned to each part or subassembly (yellow, black and gray)
• Must be able to operate a pressure washer/ operate valve to introduce chemicals to the washing process
• Will use pressure washer to clean with an over lapping method with chemicals to remove oils/grease from equipment to be prepped.

The Press Brake operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to engineering drawings, specifications and production schedules.  This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of metal fabrication processes, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machines to manufacture metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and production work orders/schedules.

The Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s Accounts Payable, Invoicing/Billing and Collections functions within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient processing of vendor payments, customer invoicing, and cash collections while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting the company’s working capital objectives. The ideal candidate will bring manufacturing industry experience, particularly in managing supplier payments for raw materials, inventory, and production-related costs, alongside effective credit and collections processes for industrial customers.

  

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Oversee the end-to-end AP process, including receipt, verification, three-way matching, and timely payment of vendor invoices.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve invoice discrepancies, and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory-related purchases, freight, utilities, and capital expenditures.
• Prepare and file 1099 forms and comply with sales/use tax requirements.
• Monitor AP aging and cash flow impact.

Invoicing & Billing

• Supervise the timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices for finished goods, shipments, and services.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Sales teams to ensure proper billing based on shipment documents, contracts, and pricing agreements.

• Lead collection activities to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad      debt exposure.

The Electrical Assembler is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC.  This position will report directly to the Electrical Department Supervisor.  This role is responsible for building electrical systems we manufacture and more.

In This Role, You Will: 

• Assembles and test experimental motor control devices, switch panels, electronic-hydraulic controls, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams or blueprints and determine from these how to build the circuit or components and then be able to troubleshoot the circuit or components.
• Modifies electrical devices under direction of appropriate Engineering resources.
• Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.

The Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counting and auditing of stock in the warehouse and/or manufacturing areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Count material, equipment, supplies in stock and post inventory totals in Epicor
• Compare inventory count to inventory record in Epicor
• Verifies Epicor totals match physical count of parts/stock
• Investigates reason for discrepancy
• Prepare reports such as inventory balances or shortages
• Prepares a list of depleted or "low stock" items
• Must be able to communicate through written (email) or verbally to pass information along to supervisors/managers
• Basic math skills are necessary (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Previous cycle counting experience is a plus

About the Job:

The Rapid Response Technician plays a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to dealers and customers across our network. Based in our Lincolnton manufacturing facility, this hands-on position focuses on troubleshooting, equipment support, training, and field service to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to respond quickly in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for dealers, providing expert troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues in a timely manner
• Track, escalate, and follow up on unresolved technical concerns to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
• Document and report field issues related to quality, reliability, durability, and safety using established systems and processes
• Install, commission, and support new or modified equipment at customer locations to ensure proper operation and performance
• Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, drive root-cause analysis, and minimize equipment downtime
• Deliver technical training programs (“service schools”) for distributors, dealer technicians, and customers
• Educate end users on proper and safe equipment operation
• Respond promptly to service requests, prioritizing customer needs and maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism

About the Role:

 

As a Heavy Equipment Assembler, you will build and assemble on of our commercial-class machines - such as asphalt pavers, brooms, graders, or road wideners.  Ensuring that each unit meets LEEBOY's quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and torque tools.
• Remove small amounts of metal to ensure proper fit between parts.
• Drill, tap and ream holes as required.
• Bend and install hydraulic piping.
• Install hoses based on process drawings.
• Perform basic wiring and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Test or support testing of completed product.
