About the Role: 

The Laser Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining laser machinery for cutting, drilling and engraving metal.  You will work in a manufacturing fabrication shop, creating precise parts to be used in the assembly of asphalt pavers and road maintenance equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate laser machinery according to specifications provided through blueprints and/or drawings.
• Create high-quality laser cut parts and/or products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect and maintain laser to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and report them.
• Maintain a clean work area.

The Fab Shop Assistant / Material Handler is not a warehouse position. This position will assist loading/unloading the laser, as well as moving materials to and from the Fab Shop. The Fab Shop Assistant will also perform other duties within the Fab Shop as needed. Some of these duties include operating other fab shop machines (grinder, punch, drill, etc.) The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fabrication shop.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loading / unloading materials from laser
• Operating other tools / machines used in a Fab Shop, such as grinders, drills, saws, punch, etc.
• Operating a forklift safely to transport machined parts within the facility. (from / to fab shop, paint department, production lines and warehouse.)
• Inventory management - keep accurate records of inventory movement (receipts/transfers) within each department
• Equipment maintenance - perform daily equipment checks, reporting any mechanical issues or problems to your supervisor
• Safety compliance - adhere to all safety regulations and guideline to prevent accidents, damage to property, and injuries to yourself or others
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

About the Role: 

 The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is a key member of LEEBOY, Inc.’s finance or accounting team, responsible for managing the payment of invoices and ensuring accurate financial records related to vendor and supplier obligations. This role helps maintain cash flow, vendor relationships, and compliance with financial policies.  

Key Responsibilities: 

     

     

Invoice Management

• Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, proper authorization, supporting documentation, and compliance with   company   policies. 
• Code invoices with appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers. 
• Enter and upload invoices into accounting software systems. 

Payment Processing

• Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, wire transfers, or electronic methods, ensuring timely disbursement to avoid late   fees. 
• Monitor payment schedules and reconcile processed payments with reports and balances. 
• Handle vendor inquiries regarding payment status, discrepancies, or invoice requests.  

Reconciliation and Reporting

• Reconcile vendor statements, accounts, and sub-ledgers to the general ledger. 
• Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies, including adjustments and journal entries. 
• Prepare reports for sales taxes, use taxes, and year-end forms like 1099s. 
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, and providing supporting documentation.  

Record-Keeping and Compliance

• Maintain organized files for accounts payable documents, including scanning, archiving, and digital storage. 
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, GAAP, and tax reporting requirements (e.g., W-9 forms). 
• Update vendor records and monitor for opportunities like discounts.  

Additional Support

• Collaborate with internal teams on purchase orders, expense reports, and credit card reconciliations. 
• Provide technical support for ERP or accounting systems, including testing and troubleshooting. 
• Perform ad-hoc projects, such as analyzing data or coordinating with auditors.

About the Role: 

The Parts Controller will oversee inventory management and distribution of parts needed for production processes.  You will work closely with production lines in out welding and final assembly departments.  This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and preventing production delays due to parts shortages.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Spot checking parts inventory levels (bins/floor)
• Verifying parts inventory counts in bins - if count does not match inventory records, you must recount - if count totals remain "off" or inconsistent, report any and all discrepancies
• Send email to Fab Shop to request parts needed or if inventory (parts supplied by Fab Shop) is low
• Request / pick up parts from warehouse when needed
• Perform transfers in Epicor when receiving parts into production line inventory
• Processing Kanban receipts
• Place parts on pick lists and hot lists when needed
• Review production schedule and shortage reports to assure parts are on order with supplier (expedite if necessary)
• Practice 5S on the production line
• Must be willing to take charge in the parts area to troubleshoot problems (1 - Kanban card not turned in 2 - a BOM issue 3 - Too many parts on hand to drive the demand to create a job for parts)

The Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counting and auditing of stock in the warehouse and/or manufacturing areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Count material, equipment, supplies in stock and post inventory totals in Epicor
• Compare inventory count to inventory record in Epicor
• Verifies Epicor totals match physical count of parts/stock
• Investigates reason for discrepency
• Prepare reports such as inventory balances or shortages
• Prepares a list of depleted or "low stock" items
• Must be able to communicate through written (email) or verbally to pass information along to supervisors/managers
• Basic math skills are necessary (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Previous cycle counting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Inventory software and Manufacturing software is a plus (Epicor preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Mechanical Assembly:

• Use hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and torque tools.
• Remove small amounts of metal to ensure proper fit between parts.
• Drill, tap and ream holes as required.

Hydraulic Systems: 

• Bend and install hydraulic piping.
• Install hoses based on process drawings.

Electrical: 

• Perform basic wiring and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues.

Testing: 

• Test or support testing of completed product.

About the Role: 

The Fabricator/MIG Flux Core Welder II is a full-time position based at our Lincolnton, NC manufacturing facility.  This role is responsible for fabricating and welding frames, subassemblies, and components for machines such as asphalt pavers, brooms, graders, loaders, road wideners, tack tanks, and Distributor trucks.

In this Role, You Will: 

• Need a minimum of 5 years on-the-job fabricating/welding experience
• Five (5) plus years of experience using Flux Core
• Positions parts in jigs, fixtures on a bench/floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks
• Scarfs or grooves weld prior to applying filler metal
• Applies flux to wrokpiece instead of filler rod
• Lays out, positions, and tack welds workpiece
• Weld along vertical, horizontal or overhead weld lines
• Examine weld for bead size and other specifications
• Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag, or spatter
• Cleans or degreases parts
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

In This Role, You will:

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery (Lathe and Milling) to product high-quality precision components.  You will follow production schedules, interpret blueprints, perform inspections and maintain your area.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling equipment, according to specifications and blueprints.
• Load and unload materials.
• Monitor machine operations and make basic program or tooling adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
