The Product Manager is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to the Sr. Product Manager. - Set up dealer admin access and assist with API retrieval.
- Assist dealers in the field with troublesome units and arrange warranty replacement through Trackunit if necessary.
- Monitor alerts and warnings.
- Build all service intervals and reminders into Trackunit for each model in order to notify dealers and/or customers; information to include LeeBoy part numbers for filters and necessary service parts.
- Build in or investigate possibility of using Trackunit to ping or trigger an alarm for dealers on any specific set of serial numbers when technical bulletin or recall is applicable.
- Collect data to determine average hydraulic and coolant temperatures based upon region and conditions.
- Collect data to determine engine output and torque usage.
- Collect data on first 10 production machines of any new model including usage, fluid temperatures, loading percentages, engine fault codes, etc.

What YOU will do:
The Environment, Safety, and Health Manager is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to the COO. and is responsible for ensuring the company operates in the safest, healthiest, and environmentally responsible manner possible.
In This Role, You Will:
· Develops and implements policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
· Develops, implements, and manages procedures in compliance with local, state federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules and regulations for handling waste, storm water, and air activities involving regulatory permits and reports.
· Plans and implements programs to train employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment, and other materials.
· Investigates all workplace accidents to determine root cause, filing the required incident report, and managing any resulting worker’s compensation claims from the time of the injury through recovery and eventual return to work.
· Inspects facilities and equipment to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where necessary, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
· Completes or provides input for all required compliance and regulatory reporting and training, with strong knowledge of federal/state DoL regulations.
· Develops and leads a formal sustainability program and relevant ISO Programs (e.g. ISO 50001, ISO 14064).
· Creates successful internal partnerships to integrate EHS values and practices across the business leading the drive in achieving the annual corporate targets.
· Manages departmental budget and vendor relationships with suppliers that provide EH&S resources to the company at large.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Positions parts in jigs, fixtures on a bench / floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks
- Welds parts using Flux Core (possibly sometimes hard wire)
- Scarfs or grooves weld prior to applying filler metal.
- Applies flux to workpiece instead of filler rod.
- Lays out, positions, and tack welds workpiece.
- Welds along vertical, horizontal or overhead weld lines
- Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
- Repairs broken or cracked metal objects, fills holes and builds up metal parts when necessary.
- Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag or spatter.
- Cleans or degreases parts.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
