About the Job:
The Equipment Technician / Inspector for Quality Control is a full-time position, based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to our Quality Manager. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Additional responsibilities include final quality control inspection of completed product prior to shipment and in process inspection of manufacturing processes.
In this Role You Will:
- Perform final quality control inspections of finished product including, but not limited to, inspection of pavers, brooms, loaders, graders, distributors, hot box, tack distributors and tack tanks.
- Perform in process inspections of manufacturing process including, but not limited to electrical harness and control box assemblies, welded frames, and welded tank assemblies.
- Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures.
- Imterprets and communicates quality control philosophy to key personnel in organization.
- Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
- Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Plays an active role on quality management teams within organizations.
- Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of five (5) years of heavy equipment maintenance, operation, or final quality inspection or equivalent experience.
- Must have working knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and principles.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is an advantage.
- Welding inspection or prior fabrication experience is an advantage.
- Prior final assembly product inspection is an advantage.
Physical Demands:

The Electrical Assembly is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC. This position will report directly to the Supervisor of the Electrical Department. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and quality testing electrical systems for the equipment we manufacture and more.
In This Role, You Will:
· Applies electrical theory and related knowledge to test and modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry.
· Assembles and test motor devices, switch panels, electronic-hydraulic controls, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components.
· Read and interpret electrical diagrams or blueprints and determine from these how to build the circuit or components.
· Must be able to troubleshoot the circuit or components.
· Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
· Develops wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansion. Direct personnel performing routine installations and maintenance duties.
· Plans, directs, and records periodic electrical testing, and recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
· Perform trouble shooting on electrical controls systems with emphasis on electric over hydraulic controls.
What You Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Two-year college or university program certificate or two (2) to four (4) years related work experience and/or training - or - combination of education and experience.
· Must have two (2) to four (4) years of troubleshooting experience on automotive type electrical circuits or electrical over hydraulic circuits.
· Ability to apply Ohms law on a daily basis.
· Ability to ready/interpret blueprints.
· Ability to identify and resolve problems, develop alternative solutions.

About the Role:
The Cost Accountant role is a full-time position based in our manufacturing plant in Lincolnton, NC, reporting directly to the Controller. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic organization.
Are you an experienced Cost Accountant with strong Manufacturing Industry experience? Are you looking to hold a key role in an accounting department working with the Cost Accounting Manager and CFO? In This Role, You Will:

About the Role:
Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong heavy equipment manufacturing industry experience? Are you looking to hold a key role in continuous improvement to ensure a high level of quality while streamlining processes and improving workflow efficiency? In this role, you will research, design, and develop manufacturing processes to improve production flow, assembly methods, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Carries out process improvements, problem resolution, project management, and employee training in conjunction with Operations and Engineering Management.
- Designs, develops and tests and/or sources and cost-justifies various tools, machinery, fixtures and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
- Reviews and analyzes data, first pass yield (FPY), Takt time attainment, line down time, and information in order to improve manufacturing processes and methods for cost reduction quality improvements and efficiency.
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects, such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, in order to inform management of the current status of each project.
- Performs research, design, and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
- Establishes and maintains standard work and work instructions. Develops and maintains electrical delivery of assembly documentation.
- Working with supervisors to establish and maintain 5S in all stations of assigned area.
- Assures ergonomic work practices are being followed and constantly being improved.
- Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, new tooling, training team members, and evaluating results.
- Contributes to the product introduction process with respect to cost estimation, process investigation, schedule development, and prototype manufacture.
In This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant work experience, preferably in heavy equipment/road maintenance or construction equipment manufacturing environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting *heavy equipment design (including fixtures - understanding fixture development/design).
- SolidWorks knowledge is a must.
- Hands on - ability to work on and design to ensure things work properly.
- Knowledge of metals (ex. how metals react to heat/cold - or welding/reworking)
- Fabrication knowledge is a plus.
- Lean Manufacturing Certification is preferred.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Suite/Outlook.
